Supported Platforms

Currently supported platforms include: Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, which are mainstream operating systems.

There is currently no plan to support Linux because the team does not have personnel familiar with Linux development. However, we will consider supporting Linux in the future.

General Questions

The app provides a "Problem Detection" tool that can quickly identify any issues with your device and environment.

Many common issues can be resolved by simply closing and reopening the app.

Network or Interface Issues

Please check if your device is connected via Wi-Fi or lightning cable.

Network Connectivity Issues

Please check if your device has normal access to the internet.

Local Service Issues

Please check for software updates and restart your device.

Nearby Device Discovery and Connectivity

Please ensure that your device is turned on and connected to Wi-Fi.

Please verify that all devices are on the same network environment.

Please check if the local service on other devices is functioning properly.

File Transfer Failure

It could be due to a congested network or one of the devices being disconnected.

In most cases, the app handles resumable transfers, so you can simply resend and continue from the previous progress.

Payment Model

The current product is free but we will support a payment model in future versions to sustain the development of our product.

Language Support

The current product supports Simplified Chinese and English but we will support more languages in future versions.
